IBC is the Catalyst to development in Chuping Valley Industrial Area. IBC is located on the western part of the Chuping Valley Industrial Area and next to Federal Trunk Road 79.

IBC’s main function is to assist and serve prospects investors coming to CVIA.

It also serves as operations and marketing offices for CVIA.

IBC project consist of the following component:

1. Delivery Management Office.
2. Transit Office, Short Stay and Shared Facilities.
3. TNB Substation and refuse chambers; and Infrastructer works.
